The project assumes the development and implementation of new solutions in the development of the PES support system by identifying, preparing and implementing 5 models of PES for the provision of services to people at risk of social exclusion. The models will be implemented and used with the participation of local communities, JST and OWES.WKPRES indicated the need for PES participation in the provision of community services, including the deinstitutionalisation of the service system and its transfer to local institutions. Real. the project will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of the implementation of public policies, the high quality of services offered by PES, which will result in strengthening the community’s links, a sense of solidarity and an impact on the development of the local economy in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity.
