School of Competence – Silesian Voivodeship

The aim of the project is to increase the competence of768 representatives of school managers from 768 schools and institutions from the Silesian Voivodship in the field of education management aimed at the development of schools and competences of key pupils, during the XII period. 2017-IX.2019. At least 50 % of the participants, i.e. 384 people will be present in the project. Implementation of the project by the Jagiellonian University in partnership with the OiB, which runs the Silesian Teacher Excellence Centre, accredited by the Silesian Education Curator, will link the project to the teacher support system and ensure greater sustainability of the project (kr.merit. 2 and awards 3)The results of the project activities will be:768 diagnoses of school needs in the field of training comp. key learners. (c. content. 6)768 plans to assist schools in the field of training of key teachers. (Kr.Merite. 6)768 schools/posts covered (from the school’s own resources), a comprehensive support process based on the diagnosis and the developed plan to assist schools in the field of comp. key learners. (c. content. 6. Main tasks:1. Training of school managers (768 people) based on training and advisory programmes in the field of education management aimed at the development of schools and comp. key students. (72 h – 3 modules of 3 days for each 16-person group) with the help of a staff meeting the criteria of the competition. (c. content. 1, 3, 7)2. Individual advice:(a) supporting the use of leadership skills in the field of training 24 g (c. content. 3)(b) Providing staff. directions of participation in cooperation networks – 30 g. (c. content. 3)c) running a network of co-operation for advisors.The project will be implemented using the staff of a system trained in the framework of the projects of PO KL and POWER.
