Development and dissemination of diagnostic tools supporting psychological and pedagogical assistance – personality area

The project aims to ensure a uniform diagnostic process for children and young people, including children and young people with SPEs and disability, and better recognise their needs and capabilities through innovative diagnostic tools (KD5), which will be distributed to counselling, schools and educational establishments, which is the main objective, i.e. the development and dissemination of diagnostic tools supporting psychological and pedagogical assistance in the area of personality. The support will be given to psychological and pedagogical counselling, schools and educational establishments in Poland. The tools will be prepared in a different form depending on the specificities of the area (KD6).The concept will be developed on the basis of the International Classification of Disability and Health functionality, the assumptions of functional diagnosis (KD9) will be applied. Therefore, after final approval of the Model, a pilot study will be carried out to prepare the most transparent and understandable toolbox for the relevant groups. Once the kit has been developed, the tool will start validation and standardisation tests on a representative group. Validation tests will aim at the final verification of the quality of the measurement (including accuracy and reliability). The aim of standardisation studies is to prepare empirical profiles of children and adolescents and tables of standards, thanks to which it will be possible to interpret the result of the subject in relation to the Polish population. The final step, after developing a set of tools, will be the finalisation of work on post-diagnostic materials and the distribution and distribution of the whole set. An important element of the project will be the possibility of using an electronic application for the diagnostic process, which will facilitate and speed up the duration of diagnosis. The electronic application will reflect the paper version.
