The project aims to ensure a uniform diagnostic process for children and young people, including children and young people from the SPE and disadvantages, and to better recognise their needs and opportunities for further development, through the development of innovative diagnostic tools (KD5), which will be distributed to PPPs, schools and educational establishments, which is included in the main objective: development and dissemination of diagnostic tools supporting psychological and pedagogical assistance in the emotional and social field. The tools will be prepared in different forms depending on the specificity of the area (KD6).The concept will be developed on the basis of the International Classification of Disability and Health, functional diagnosis assumptions (KD9) will be applied. After the final call. The model will be carried out pilot to make the toolbox as clear as possible and understandable to the relevant groups of students. After developing a set of tools, bad validation and then standardisation will begin on a representative game of children of Polish youth. An important objective of standardisation is the preparation of empirical profiles of children and adolescents and tables of standards, which will allow the interpretation of the result of the studied student against the background of the Polish population according to the age group. Once a set of tools has been developed, there will be finalisation of work on post-diagnostic mats and distribution and distribution of the whole set. An important element of the project will be the ability to use the process of diagnostic electron application, which will facilitate and speed up the duration of diagnosis. The electron application will be reflected in. paper. After conducting the examination using the application, the student’s result is recalculated and for him will be proposed. Further steps aimed at helping the pupil struggle with difficulties and developing strengths will be supported by PPPs, schools and educational institutions in Poland.
