Maintenance and development of the Integrated Qualification Register

The aim of the ZRK1 project is to ensure the smooth functioning of the ZRK and to develop the register as a key tool of the ZSK.The project will include: — continuous work related to the running of the ZRK (including making entries for all qualifications included in the ZSK, probably the latest inf. contained in the register, communication with the user, constant programming); — run the ZRK portal, which is part of the ZSK portal, secure public access to the information contained in the register; — efficient handling of applications addressed to ministers submitted for the median portal of ZRK (about including market qualifications in the ZSK, for granting authorisations to the certificate., for entry on the list of PZZJ) – modernisation of syst.informat.ZRK adapting it to changes in the ZSK and the needs of stakeholders, adding new functionalities (applications) resulting from experience gained and good practices (e.g. active forms, management of qualifications, application for IC and PAI); — the creation of interconnection of qualifications registers with the polonium system, with the European portal of the Ploteus Qualifications (LOQ), with the results of the Economic Loss of Graduate Surveys (ELA). — improving the quality and extension of the data collected in the CRC (including supplementing information on full qualifications from higher education with synthetic characteristics of qualifications, translating synthetic characteristics of qualifications into English); — preparation of innovative tools supporting learning planning and selection of ways of developing competences (including compass applications, development paths, industry education); — monitoring the functioning of the CCC, including identifying the needs of stakeholders vis-à-vis the register and the entity conducting the CCC, preparing a report containing conclusions and proposals on the development of the CCC; — support of the Minister of National Sciences Coordinator of the ZSK in ensuring the timeliness and compliance with the PRK full qualifications of education and higher education included in the ZRK – information and education activities for register users.
