The ZSK 3 project will constitute the second stage of support for the implementation of the ZSK. This stage is characterised by the need to significantly increase the dynamics of integrating qualifications from outside education and higher education systems into the ZSK. This needs to be met in a coordinated way to support all actors involved in the creation, updating and broadcasting of qualifications. As part of the ZSK 3 project, the implementation of eight tasks is planned:1) Supporting the Minister-Coordinator in the implementation of the ZSK Act, 2) Supporting the process of describing qualifications by entities interested in the inclusion of market qualifications in the ZSK, 3) Preparation of entities that can act as a certifying authority to implement solutions in the field of competences in the field of qualifications and quality assurance of this process, and support of institutions providing market qualifications in the fulfilment of obligations arising from the ZSK Act, 5) Development of knowledge and tools related to skills in the field of quality of the process, and support for institutions giving market qualifications in the fulfilment of obligations arising from the Act on ZSK, 4) Development of knowledge and tools concerning skills in the field of quality assurance of the process, and support of institutions giving market qualifications in the fulfilment of obligations arising from the ZSK Act, 4) Development of knowledge and tools concerning the competences of the entities concerned)
