The aim of the project is to review and update, in cooperation with the social partners, the Classification of Vocational Education (VET) and the Basic Programming of Vocational Education (PPKZ) and the adaptation of these documents to the needs of the labour market through close cooperation with the social partners, as well as the preparation of supplements for diplomas and qualifications based on the modernised PPK. The activities planned to be implemented in the project were divided into 2 main tasks. As part of Task 1, the following are planned: — the acquisition of 25 BZPS representative for vocational education professions, consisting of representatives of professional associations, employers’ organisations and trade unions. The tasks of BZPS will be to develop the need for vocational education professions and qualifications that take into account labour market expectations, review the classification of vocational education professions and the basics of vocational education in terms of expectations of social partners relevant to vocational education professions, and to prepare recommendations on changes in the CFCs and PPKZ in the desired types of schools, vocational skills and qualifications; — organisation of consultative sector seminars; — elaboration of professional development paths for professions for which the PPKZ has been modernised. As part of Task 2, the following are planned: — elaboration of modernised PPKZs for 54, selected as a result of the work of professional teams of social partners, professions and their review and editing; — preparation of supplements for diplomas and qualifications on the basis of modified CCPs and their translation into English. Recommendations on changes in the CFC and PPKZ in terms of the desired types of schools and qualifications will be submitted to ministers competent for the professions to be included in the legislation, which together with other tasks planned under public intervention will be an important complement to the systemic actions undertaken so far.
