The aim of the project is to prevent the existing disparities, both in the manner of service of interested parties and the quality of information provided by the courts by developing standards of operation of BOI, including a common and standardised catalogue of BOI services and processes, together with an indication of the sources of information that employees of common courts should use to provide reliable information to stakeholders at a uniform level for the whole country in each BOI and Call Center.The project activities will focus on developing procedures and processes supported by BOI and creating a catalogue of services related to the standardised working standards of BOI and developing a concept of implementation of a new communication model based on standardisation of processes and procedures for the operation of interested parties in the judiciary. The above actions are expected to significantly reduce the burden on department secretariats and improve the quality of the service of the interested person. In addition, the de-burdening of the secretariat staff, will enable them to perform their substantive duties, directly related to the process (judicial case), which in turn will improve the efficiency of the case law and thus improve the efficiency of the whole system.Moreover, standardisation and increasing the catalogue of services for clients of the justice system will directly affect the efficiency of the implementation of the services and the way of communication in the judiciary.
