The project The construction of the National Criminal Register IT system together with organizational and legislative changes will be carried out within 4 stages. At the end of each stage, specific products will be delivered and made available. Step 1 – Construction of the webservice of data sharing with KRK and data migration. Step 2 – automating the process of exchanging information with the National Court Register and CEIDG. Step 3 – Building an e-service for obtaining information from the KRK and automating the process of obtaining information via ECRIS. Step 4 – automation of data collection and updating in the CRC. The aim of the project is to: 1) improving the institutional capacity and efficiency of public administration and improving the provision of public services, 2) improving the efficiency of spending on the operation and maintenance of the CoR by optimising/automating business processes, 3) designing and creating a new IT system supporting processes and consolidating existing modules/applications, 4) simplifying access to information from the CoR 5) shortening the waiting time for information from the CoR. The results of the project will be: 1) Improving the processes of the CoR through the implementation of new IT solutions and organizational changes, 2) new legal status.
