The project will result in optimising restructuring and insolvency processes, centralising access to information on these processes and a new legal status in the area of insolvency and restructuring law, taking into account the provisions of the EP and Council Regulations. Within the framework of the project, a system of KRZ will be set up which will comply with the requirements of Article 5. 4 The Act, in particular, will enable participants in proceedings to submit letters to the court in electronic form. The project plans to prepare and publish implementing legislation governing the operation of the KRZ. The KRZ system will consist of e-services: 1. central application enabling the following e-services (A2B/C services): The publication and publication of provisions, orders, documents and information relating to restructuring and insolvency proceedings; Making available the data contained in the provisions, regulations, documents and information concerning restructuring and insolvency proceedings announced in the Register in respect of the entity concerned; Making available data on entities for which enforcement has been waived because of its ineffectiveness and for which maintenance claims are ineffectively enforced; Submission of letters and documents and delivery of service; Making available models of pleadings and documents specified in the law; 2. local applications, installed in restructuring and insolvency courts, supporting the organisation of work and conducting restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings (A2A services). The KRZ system will be built by an external contractor (system contractor).
