The aim of the project is to improve management and communication processes in the area of interest service in the common judiciary through the implementation of standards of customer service, a directory of services with service cards and associated procedures for providing services and supporting the creation of Interesting Offices in courts. 1, the Project Team (ZP) will prepare and perform the publ order in order to select an external contractor supporting the beneficiary in the implementation of individual activities. There will be a market analysis, developed OPZ, draft contract, SIWZ, the procedure will be announced and then its settlement. 2 will be implemented activities related to the implementation of the new model of communication through supervision and support of orchards in the implementation of standards, procedures for the service of interest and the creation and development of BOI. The ZP will provide judicial support by collecting information on possible implementation problems, their analysis and verification, advisory and support visits. The catalogue of services, services and procedures will be adapted to the current legal status and then transferred to all courts. In addition, the Polish People’s Party will draw up recommendations for uniform content posted on the websites of common courts. 3 is a set of activities carried out by the ZP with the participation of an external contractor, aimed at improving the service of an interested party in the scope of the new communication model. Teaching materials will be developed for workshops for three groups of court employees, on the basis of which workshops for 1500 people will be conducted and 9 trainings for e-learning will be developed. In addition, the piloting of individual supervision will also be carried out.The above actions will contribute to achieving the result of the project, i.e. streamlining management and communication processes in the area of interest service in the common judiciary.
