The main objective of this project is to establish and operate (for a minimum period of 12 months from the establishment of CAM) in the regional city of Opole the Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CAM). The Centre will operate on the basis and use of CAM operating standards developed and implemented by the Coordinator at the Confederation of Lewiatan, using an IT tool for mediation and a nationwide hotline. Moreover, the aim of the project is also to provide training in the field of mediation in economic matters for representatives of the judiciary, representatives of prosecutors and mediators.As a result of the project, the results of the project will be achieved:- 72 judiciary staff members will increase their competence in the field of civil and economic law, – will be created in the voivodeship city of Opole Centre of Arbitration and Mediation, which will function for 2 years after completion of the project on the basis of uniform standards of operation. Creation of CAM – elaboration of CAM organizational documents, launching CAM.2. Ensuring the functioning of CAM (for a minimum period of 12 months from the time of establishment) – management of current activity, taking up mediation procedures, conducting 9 trainings in the field of mediation in economic matters for 160 people (K and M), organisation of 4 discussion panels for 100 people (K and M).
