We develop through e-services. Local government partnership for informatisation of cooperation with entrepreneurs.

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of administrative services relevant for conducting business activities (in the areas of taxes and charges and property management), provided by 5 cities in Małopolska, within 24 months of the project.The target group of the project is the cities of Andrychów, Chrzanów, Limanowa, Nowy Sącz and Wadowice and 178 employees/casks of these JST (149 K, 29 M) dealing with local taxes and charges as well as property. Staff/cales will be covered by training, advisory and technical and implementation support.Main tasks:- – Special training covering legal issues related to the area of taxes and charges and real estate management, – general training, including horizontal issues, resulting in improved service for entrepreneurs and easier access to public information; — Electronicisation and implementation of solutions to improve tax management;- Electronicisation and implementation of solutions to improve property management.Detailed actions of the project are aimed both at addressing competence and management deficiencies, as well as equipment. Thanks to planned specialist training and general training, employees will be better prepared to provide services to entrepreneurs and residents. Implementations and purchases will allow you to streamline processes that are dedicated to customers. — increasing the competence of JST offices, with particular attention to women in the field of training including specialist and management knowledge, will help to reduce the disparities between the percentage of women employed in the HST offices and the percentage of women in managerial posts in these offices, thereby helping to reduce equality barriers in the area of implementation of the project. The project is sensitive to the needs of people with disabilities – both at the recruitment stage and in the implementation of tasks.The project pursues the specific objectives of PO WER.
