Modern management of field services in the local governments of the Silesian Voivodeship.

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of administrative services relevant for conducting business activity in the areas of taxes and fees and management of real estate rendered in 8 middle cities in Silesia, during the period of 24 months of implementation.The target group consists of the Towns of Chorzów, Czeladź, Mikołów, Pszczyna, Świętochłowice, Tarnowskie Góry, Wodzisław Śląski and Zawiercie, as well as 470 employees/caps of these JST and their local units (375 K, 95 M) and real estate fees. Staff/cales will be covered by training, advisory, technical and implementation support (implemented electronic tools).Main tasks:- Special training covering legal issues related to the area of taxes and levies and property management, – general training, including horizontal issues, translated into improved service of entrepreneurs and easier access to publ information; — electronicisation and implementation of solutions to improve tax management and property management;Detailed actions of the project are aimed at both addressing competence and management deficiencies, as well as hardware. Thanks to planned specialist training and general training, employees will be better prepared to provide services to entrepreneurs and residents. Implementation and purchases will help to streamline processes that are dedicated to clients.The results of the project – improving the competence of JST offices, with particular emphasis on women in the field of training including specialist and management knowledge, will help to reduce the disparities between the percentage of women employed in the JST offices and the percentage of women in management positions in these offices, and thus contribute to reducing equality barriers in the area of project implementation. The project is sensitive to the needs of people with disabilities – both at the recruitment stage and in the implementation of tasks. The project pursues the specific objectives of OP WER.
