The main objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of management of administrative processes in the field of two areas – taxes and local charges and property management, by implementing IT systems enabling the electronic operation of processes in these areas in 10 JST units, and to increase the Y competence of JST staff in these two areas and general competences in terms of quality, efficiency, electronic services, for the performance of tasks in these two areas, during the implementation of the project. As a result of the project, 10 units of local self-government will implement solutions improving the work of the office in the area of tax services of entrepreneurs and in the area of real estate services. Moreover, as a result of the project, 139 employees of local government units will be qualified in the field of tax services for entrepreneurs and in the area of real estate services. The target group of the project is 10 JST covered by the project, of which the White Municipality is the Project Leader, while the following JST act as Project Partners: Kolonowskie commune, Polish Municipality Cerekiew, Głogówek Municipality, Kietrz Municipality, Głubczyce Municipality, Łambinowice Municipality, Pawłowiczki Municipality, Reńska Village, Głuchołazy Municipality. In addition, the target group is 139 JST employees (they are the employees of JST mentioned above). These staff will be trained in the project. All employees covered by the project are self-government workers (within the meaning of the Act of 21 November 2008 on self-government workers). As part of the project, specialised, domain-based IT systems will be purchased and implemented. There will also be a number of training courses for JST staff, both specialised as well as general and soft.
