The aim of the non-competitive conceptual project is to develop a standard of investor service by local government units. The project will be implemented in partnership with: Polish Investment and Trade Agency (formerly: Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) and Warmia-Mazury Regional Development Agency in Olsztyn. The project has been divided into 4 tasks: — Developing the assumptions of the investor service standard (coordinates PAIZ/see PAIH), the aim is to develop the standard and prepare it for implementation in JST. — HR support – training and advice (coordinated by WMAR), the aim is to train employees of the JST offices, managers and employees of 3 topics related to investor service. — Modernisation of JST offices – working procedures and rules (coordinates WMAR), the aim is to make changes and implement solutions specified in the standard. 1. Implementations are a pilot of the standard. Experience from the pilot phase will be used to correct the standard disseminated eventually as a model solution for JSTs across the country. — Interinstitutional cooperation – related to the organisation of events aimed at meeting representatives of institutions and environments responsible for investor service, business representatives and various levels of administration (coordinated by WMAR). The main results planned in the project are: — Number of JSTs that have implemented or modernised the standards of investor service. — Developing a standard of investor service in local government.
