The objective of the task of making access to data from the register of applications and decisions on the construction permit and the register of notifications public is to modify the existing electronic RWD system and to create a register of notifications (RZ), which is provided for in the amendment of the Construction Law in such a way that the data contained in the GWD and the GR are accessible to everyone. Both registries will function as part of the GOD network application. This application will be correlated with the geolocation system. As part of this task, there is also a series of one-day training courses for employees from each county and regional office and GUNB in the field of the activities of the GWD. 1000 people will be trained, 20 trainings of 50 people in the form of lectures combined with workshops (presentation using projector and screen and exercises on 25 computers). The participants of the training, after listening to the lecture part, presenting the scope of the changes made and all the functionality of the application, will perform practical tasks on the test version of the application, aimed at strengthening the acquired knowledge and testing the full functionality of the application. 2) The objective of creating an online GUNB information service is to create two advanced websites (GUNB homepage and BIP) to serve as an online GUNB information service. The design of the pages should ensure intuitiveness, quick operation, easy way to find information and transparency. In this way, interested persons will gain online access to data on construction investments carried out in Poland and to the online information service of the Main Office of Construction Supervision. Employees of architectural and construction administrations and GUNB, who deal with the register of building permit applications and decisions on building permits and registration of applications, will increase their competence by acquiring new skills to handle modernised registers.
