The aim of the project.Academy SME Manager Subregion 3 is to increase the availability of development services for SMEs from Macroregion 3 voivodships: SMEs (i.e. owners of SMEs, employees of SMEs employed in the management position, employees of SMEs against whom the owners have plans for promotion to managerial position) in around 01.11.2018-31.07.2022.The agreement is directed to the management staff and the employees planned to take up the management position (OP). Commission (EU) No 651/2014 Article 2(I) of Macroregion 3: THE MONKEY, THE SAINT, THE PKR. The support will be addressed to 700 people (PP) z ok. 512 MSP assuming that at least 75 % of PP is a staff of managers from micro and small pres. —700 works supported in the area of pre-management, including human resources management.Results – 640 works, who have increased competence in the area of pre-management, including human management. Remotely provided support to SMEs and employees are co-finance:analysis of development needs. Easy and remote handling of the formalities of participation in the project for SMEs and their workforce thanks to the created system for recruitment and support of SMEs and dedicated special services for SMEs (telef and Internet).
