The main objective of the project is to improve competences that meet the needs of the economy, the labour market and society of 324 students (at least 90 % of the University of PU) of the last 4 semesters of studies in I and II of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rzeszów (WMUR): Physiotherapy, Public Health, Dietetics, Medical Rescue, Obstetrics through comprehensive educational support in the period from 1.09.2017 to 31.07.2020. Target group: The project is addressed to 360 students (including 234 women 65 %) of WMUR, who are in the last four semesters of first-cycle and second-cycle studies in: •Physiotherapy •Public health •Dietetics •Medical emergency • Obstetrics The tasks provided for in the Project: Task 1 Certified trainings and workshops educating competences, Task 2 Additional activities carried out jointly with employers, Task 3 Additional practical tasks for students carried out in the form of a project, including as part of project teams, Task 4 Study visits to employers. The main results are: — Number of project participants who have increased their competences in key areas for the economy and development of the country, determined on the basis of analyses and forecasts confirming the need to develop specific competences in specific areas and based on the needs of employers/employers’ organisations: 324 (minimum 90 % UP) – Percentage of graduates supported in the project who continued their education (study I, II or III) or took up employment within 6 m from the end of the class. 1 posts,– civil law contracts concluded at min. 3 m-self-employment or section.gosp. lasting min.3 m: min. 40 % UP
