The aim of the project is to improve the quality of work of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in the field of shaping the competences necessary on the labour market, meeting the needs of the economy. With the participation of employers, a support system will be organised and implemented for 96 students of the IV and V year of study, facilitating employment or continuing education after graduation and participation in the project. The project will be implemented in the period from January 2017 to November 2019. Increasing the competences of those participating in higher education that meets the needs of the economy, the labour market and society will be achieved by: 1. support will be provided within the framework of a public university which educates students within the framework of a single master’s degree in full-time and part-time studies. The target group shall be students enrolled in the IV and V years of study 3. The support will be systemic, taking into account the current programme of studies and covering a range of activities that have a comprehensive impact on the improvement of student competence. Moreover, it meets the needs of employers and the labour market – it is based on research documentation indicating specific needs. The project provides for 3 modules for the development of professional competences, created within the framework of existing specialties: research, coaching and human resources management. The choice of modules is dictated by the needs of the market and society. Participants of the project will acquire qualifications and develop interpersonal, professional and entrepreneurial competences. Students’ qualifications and competence strengthening will take place in stages.
