Development of professional competences of students of the University of Rzeszów in the field of food technology and human nutrition

Goal of the project: strengthening by 59 students (49K and 10M) of the University of Rzeszów vocational, language, communication, analytical, IT and entrepreneurship competences expected from employers to work indicated in the business services sector through participation in certified training, practical tasks, study visits and professional internships until the end of X.2019 The target includes 65 people (54 women + 11 men) from the University of Rzeszów in Rzeszów. The target is students of full-time studies (55 people) and part-time (10 people) in the fields of food technology and human nutrition (at the start of the project – the current third year of first degree (32 people) and the current first year of the second degree (33 people)).Tasks:-certified vocational training-practical tasks implemented in the form of a project-study-professional internshipResults: —acquisition of professional, linguistic, communication, analytical, IT and entrepreneurship competences by 65 students of the University of Rzeszów-Continuation education or employment within 6 months of completion of education by university graduates-employment within 6 months of completion of education with an employer active in the IT/BPO sector (particularly. R&D) by university graduates
