UMP is a high school of public education approx. 6994 students (UMP 30.11.2016 data); of which 4972 full-time students are entitled to study in the courses whose students will be directed at internships and are not subject to the decommissioning activities described in the KD2, have no negative assessment of the quality of education in the courses, from which students will be directed to traineeships. The project assumes in the period 01.11.2017-31.10.2019 the implementation of 236 national traineeships for students (197K, 39M) during the last 4 sem. of education not benefiting from Erasmus Plus+ programme. hearing prosthetics, optometry, pharmacy, medical analytics and will cover more than 30 % of students in the last two years of these courses. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities.The internships will be 240/360h, min 20h/week, have a non-binding character, do not result from studies. UMP will use the support path according to the needs, interests and trends of the industry. The scope of the traineeship will be directly connected with directional learning outcomes and assumes the implementation of practical tasks. Traineeship programmes will take into account the Council’s recommendations of the EU. 10.03.2014 on the quality framework for traineeships 2014/C88/01 and their implementation will be subject to continuous monitoring to ensure their high quality as indicated in Zal. Councils.The project assumes: • establishing and formalising cooperation with companies (RSI Wlkp, spec Modern medical technologies), creating progr. traineeships for directional effects of shape. • recruitment of participation in the project according to the criteria in point.3.2 • carrying out a preliminary balance of competence participation. • recruitment. for an internship according to the profile of the candidate and employers’ expectations • implementation of a national internship in accordance with the above mentioned above • final diagnosis of competence participation. The preliminary balance of the final competences is to monitor the increase in practical competences involved in the implementation of traineeships.
