Internship for the start. Program of support for students of the University of Lodz.

The project provides for the strengthening of practical competences necessary to start working, 446 students/s (281 women(K)/165 men(M), 7 Facultys of the University of Lodz (UŁ) on the labour market by completing high-quality internships in the period from 01.10.2017 to 30.09.2019. The target group consists of 446 students/s (281K/165M) daily studies, 19 courses carried out at 7 faculties of the University of Lodz. The main tasks of the project focus on the implementation of high-quality internships implemented at 7 faculties of the University of Lodz (W. Biology and Environmental Protection, W. Mathematics and Computer Sciences, W. Economic and Sociology, W. Chemistry, W. Geographic Sciences, W. Philosophy and History, W. International and Politological Studies), 19 courses in consultation with faculty coordinators for practice and employers. Result: —the number of people who have increased their competences within the framework of the activities of universities supported by the ESF (281K/165M) Products: —l. students who took part in traineeships supported by the ESF (281K/165M) -l. persons supported by the ESF in order to raise competences in key areas for the economy and development of the country (281K/165M) -l. persons included in the services of institutions supporting students in the labour market(281K/165M) -l. persons supported by the ESF within the framework of education thresholds with a general academic or practical profile, adapted to the labour market(281K/165M) -l. of persons supported by the ESF under the general academic or practical profile, tailored to the needs of the labour force(281).
