Traineeships with employability

The project provides for the implementation of high-quality internships facilitating STUD gaining practical experience and entering the labour market. Improving the competence of STUD 6 courses: B, MT, IM, PO, RM, P meets the needs of the economy, the labour market and society. 189 STUD will be supported between 11.2017 and 10.2019. Three-month internships are scheduled, 360 hours. The target group is 611 STUD. (360K), including 6 ON (4K) participating in education at the level of first-degree full-time and second-cycle studies. Through internships with employers, professional competences, practical use of STUD knowledge and interpersonal competences will be developed, which will facilitate their entry into the labour market and meet the needs of the economy and society. WN recognised the possibilities of organising the internships for the number of STUDs planned in the project by selected PRACs. He has prepared a roadmap for the project. The completion of an experienced project team already at the development stage is intended to help avoid errors during the project’s implementation, as well as implement the expected results into a long-term UR action aimed at improving the quality of education.In the course of the implementation of the project, continuous monitoring of traineeships will be carried out with a view to guaranteeing their quality in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Council Recommendation of 10 March 2014 on the quality framework for traineeships (2014/C 88/01) covering at least: selection of place of traineeship in a transparent way and guaranteeing the acquisition of new skills and experience in a new job for traineeships (WN ensures the selection of place of traineeship which will not be family-related to the Trainee, as well as for the fulfilment of the needs of traineeships, and will not be a company
