The aim of the project is to develop the offer of universities in the scope of the third mission, through programs implemented in cooperation with non-governmental organisations that contribute to improving the competences of people participating in higher education, meeting the needs of the economy, labour market and society among 450 participants of the project (UP) i.e. seniors aged 50+, Krakow and Małopolska (e.g. Andrychów, Bochnia).UPJPII will cooperate with the St. Jadwiga in the field of developing the third mission of the university.During its activities, the Foundation has supported many tasks in the field of science and culture and social initiatives aimed also at older people (e.g. a project financed by the University of Warsaw. Małopolska, on the area of social support, social functioning and prevention of exclusion of older people, implementation in 2015) The role of the Foundation in the project will be to support the promotion of the project, the recruitment process, cooperation in the development of the program, the opinion of the implemented activities. The project is aimed at the development of educational programmes and the implementation of educational activities for local and regional communities, which contribute to the development of key competences, which meet the needs of the labour market, the economy and society.The activities planned in the project will contribute to: social activation of educational activity and cultural activity prevention of social exclusionThe project will be implemented in three editions, each of which will be attended by 150 people.Each edition will consist of 2 editions.
