Objective: Implementation of high-quality third-cycle studies in WF with OML GUMed by providing comprehensive support to 29 PhD students (23K and 6M) for the duration of the project from 9.2018 to 4.2023. Number of project graduates co-financed by the ESF – 18 people, including 14K and 4M. Target group: PhD students from OML GUMed – 29 people, including 23K and 6M.Main tasks:1. Supporting activitiesThe implementation of project records will broaden the knowledge/competence/skills of PhD students with the following educational effects. advanced knowledge of research topics; the ability to critically analyse the results obtained and assess the suitability and feasibility of their use in practice; knowledge of issues related to intellectual property protection, patenting, commercialisation of research results, acquisition, management and accounting of funds for the implementation of research or implementation projects; it can: effectively obtain information from different sources related to their scientific activities, including foreign languages, and make appropriate selection and interpretation of that information; document the results of the research work (including as scientific publications) and present them in the international scientific and professional environment, including in foreign languages; cooperate with the scientific community at home and abroad and cooperate with the research team; think and act in an independent and creative way; understand (and feel) the need: continuous learning (especially in the field of medical and health and n.e. on physical culture); planning its development; conveying, using modern methods and means, the results of research to the public; it has developed its readiness to address new scientific challenges.
