The project involves the implementation of a scholarship program for foreigners wishing to undertake second-cycle studies. The program offers the possibility of conducting full-time studies in public and non-public universities in all courses conducted by entities with the highest scientific level having categories A and A+ in the last parametric evaluation – the Ministry of Science subordinated to the Ministry of Science with a monthly NAWA grant of PLN 2000 to cover the maintenance costs during the statutory period of education in Poland. In public universities, the programme also offers exemption from education fees. Applicants themselves select the universities and the fields of study where they want to study and apply for the chosen course. Recruitment for studies will take place on the basis of the principles defined by universities. Foreigners who, at the time of recruitment, meet the following criteria: 1. are foreigners – nationals of EEA countries, Switzerland, Israel, Australia, Singapore, USA, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Chile, Uruguay or Chinese citizens – residents of Hong Kong, Macaui Taiwan2.have obtained a diploma in first degree in the country of origin or in Poland not earlier than in 2017. Applications of candidates will be subject to a formal and substantive evaluation. People recommended to receive a scholarship will receive a promotion to grant a NAWA scholarship, and then a decision to award a scholarship, provided that they submit a certificate of admission to second-cycle studies in Poland within a specified period.The project will be supplemented by meetings disseminating the results of the actions.
