As part of this non-competition project, it is planned to develop a detailed programme and scope of training in the framework of improvement of management and administrative competences of management and administrative staff, organisation and conduct of national and foreign training (or other forms of education) raising the management of management and administrative competences of universities, in particular in the field of team management, financial management, project management, adequate spending of public funds in the context of counteracting corruption, scientific communication and development of pro-innovative attitudes, up-to-date research, and higher education. The above catalogue can be extended with additional training. The training should include representatives of as many universities as possible. The training will include representatives of the Ministry of Science, representatives of public institutions dealing with the subject of a given training block, external experts and foreign universities with experience in the field of the subject of training. The next step of the project is the organisation of short study visits to universities in Poland and abroad, to exchange good practices, to learn about new directions of change and trends in the development of high-quality higher education. On the basis of the activities carried out, the project will develop a study containing a set of good practices. Actions undertaken under the project will contribute to achieving the main objective, i.e. improving managerial and administrative staff in terms of improving the competences necessary for effective management of universities.
