Integrated Development Programme of Gdańsk University of Technology

The aim of the project is to increase the quality of education in studies II and III, to increase the efficiency of the management of Gdańsk University of Technology and to increase staff competences in the time horizon – 31.01.2022.The objective will be achieved by introducing a single Integrated Programme for the Development of the Gdańsk University of Technology. To the socio-economic needs, 20 courses of second-cycle studies with a general academic profile will be adapted and a new practical course will be launched. Interdisciplinary doctoral programmes will also be implemented, with the envisaged choice of development paths with the following profiles: in addition, the competence of PG staff in the field of: teaching, IT and presentation skills and the attractiveness of education. The quality of education and management of the University will be improved through the introduction of IT tools. The planned change in the model of project management will affect the perception of them as a source of funding for universities and will thus intensify the absorption of funds.Among the target groups, there will be: students of secondary studies modernised and newly created, PhD students of full-time interdisciplinary and international programmes, as well as PG staff teaching, management and administrative staff.
