The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of those participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society, as well as supporting organisational changes and improving the competences of staff in the higher education system.This objective is directly due to the problems described in POWER, and its implementation will contribute directly to the achievement of the specific objective of priority axis III. DOT. module COMMETENCEES:- organisation of workshops in the area of communication competences in the relationship nurse – patient, nurse – family/patient care, working in an interdisciplinary team,- practical tasks in the field of professional competence: participation of a nurse in the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment carried out in the form of a project,- study visits of students in geriatric care facilities.2. DOT. module STAŻE:- implementation of high-quality traineeships, in line with the Council Recommendations of 10 March 2014 on the quality framework for traineeships 2014/C 88/01, which will focus on the issue of cosmetic treatments in older people, while emphasising the elements of proper communication with this age group. In addition, students will receive first references, which will increase their competitiveness in the labour market.3.
