The main objective of the project (P) is to improve the qualifications and competences of 4678 students (3030 K) of full-time studies I and II and uniform masters in the fields covered by P support to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, as well as to improve the functioning and quality of the university’s management by raising the competences of 192 people. (147 K, 45 M) from the management and administrative staff of the university and carrying out restructuring activities.Tasks within the framework of P:1. Implementation of education programmes by lecturers from abroad.2. Adaptation and implementation of training programmes to the needs of the community-gosp.3. Education in foreign languages.4. Improving the key competences of stud.5. Computer tools for university management.6. Improving the management skills of human resources (direct and adm.).7. The aim will be achieved by 31.12.2021 and will be measured appropriate to the expected results of education with tools to measure these effects (examine, individual project, presentations, continuous evaluation – during and after the classes) and tools for measuring knowledge growth (balance of competences before and after completion of participation in the forms of support covered by module 2), evaluation before and after training (pre-test and post-test) of knowledge growth (balanced competences before and after the completion of the competences of the participants in the forms of support covered by the module 2), evaluation before and after training (pre-test and post-test) covered by the responsibility of the university within the framework of the 6 and post-administrative activities. The project will contribute to this objective by improving the quality of the university’s functioning and management (restructuring) and preparing an offer of training that enhances and strengthens the competences of graduates of the courses supported in a sustainable way.
