The role of higher education is to contribute to sustainable development by appropriately shaping educational offer and curricula, thereby increasing the employability of graduates. The Integrated Programme for the Development of the Wrocław University of Technology aims at implementing a comprehensive programme of the University, which will effectively and based on the high quality of educational services, educate specialists crucial to the development of the economy and the country, and increase the participation of the socio-economic environment in the development of educational policy. To this end, the project envisages providing support to students of courses that will be tailored to the needs of the world around the economy, to provide comprehensive and complementary support to students of the last semesters of studies, who will receive support from training, workshops, study visits and practical traineeships, which will enable them to raise at least 2 competences or qualifications that are key to improving the chances of the labour market. The implementation of the project activities will support them in starting their professional activity, through the provision of high-quality services by the Academic Career Office. The project also provides for activities related to the modernisation of teaching processes through the implementation of a new IT system and training of management and administrative staff, which will allow to permanently build the potential of Wrocław University of Technology, as one of the key higher education units with supraregional scope
