The main purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the University of Wrocław (UWr) by implementing a modern development programme in order to increase the quality of education, improve the competences of students and staff, and improve the processes of university management.The target group is a total of 2 514 people, including:- students training in the field of education in 10 departments of the University of Warsaw – 1 700 students – PhD students will be Mod. all this will increase the chances of graduates on the labour market – the competences of teaching staff will be strengthened, which will then be used in the teaching process, which will result in improving the quality of education – the skills of management and administrative staff will be improved, which will translate into effective and efficient university management, as well as the quality of education – modern tools will be implemented to improve the circulation of documentation and management processes, which will increase the level of computerisation of processes taking place at universities.
