The main objective of the project is to implement integrated measures for the development of the University of Warsaw, with the following specific objectives:1.Improving the quality of education in studies I and II, better alignment of 10 education programmes to the needs of the economy, labour market and society and to increase competences 810 (K526/M284) students of studies I and II, including analytical, IT, communication, interpersonal, entrepreneurial, linguistic and professional competences2. Improving the efficiency and quality of doctoral studies, including the quality of education of soft competences and teaching skills of 150 PhD students and their degree of scientific mobility3. Increase the level of internationalisation of education in the UW by: a) Increase the number of courses in English and improve the quality of language education, b) participation of foreign lecturers, c) support for the development of the Welcome Point programme4. Supporting the development of the UW by providing tools to support the implementation and management of change: a) Improving decision-making processes by supporting the development of IT tools for university management c) Increasing competences 500 (K240/M260) of academic, scientific, teaching and teaching staff d) increasing competences 500(K255/M245) administrative staff and university managersThe main objective will be implemented through the following modules KD11:M1.
