The aim of the project is to increase the competitive advantage of the University of Gdańsk (UG) since 10.2018 through the implementation of an integrated innovative solution focused on improving the competences of students, academic teachers, management and administrative staff, improving the quality and efficiency of education in I, II and uniform master’s studies (JSM), support of Career Office, improvement of IT processes of university management and improving the availability of education programs for people participating in higher education from Poland and for foreigners. implementation of an integrated EMU development programme in the areas of education and university management. The target group will be: students of studies I st., II st. and one. stud. master.; academic staff; management and administrative staff.As part of the project, a comprehensive preparation of the student for entry into the labour market is planned through:a) Implementation of an innovative and innovative approach to the education process (Module I) in the studies covered by the project:- the development of a unified program of universal quality covering subjects: ABC Law, ABC Przedsięb., ABC IT, Academic English and Social Responsibility (together 80h).- study at faculties of education in the field of natural sciences. (Igr.), society. (II) and humanist. (III gr.), a unified program of universal quality with an object common to each of the fields (30h for each field). b) Creating new directions (including j.) and an innovative modification of existing ones (Module I). Participation in a personalised programme of workshops and training courses and internships (Modules II and III). Students will receive BK support, whose employees will increase their competences. (Module IV).c) Introduction of new elements of the comprehensive structure of the teaching process (highly specialised training for teaching, management and administ).
