The Integrated Development Programme of the University of Wrocław II for the years 2019-2023

The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the University of Warsaw by 2023 through the implementation of a modern development programme, aimed at increasing the quality of education, improving the competence of students and staff, and improving the processes of university management.The project includes 4 modules: 1) Module I of the training programmes (adapting education programs to the needs of the community, support for the implementation of studies with a practical profile, including lecturers from abroad in conducting classes) – zad. 12) Module II of raising competences (improving the competence of students, including through training leading to qualifications, workshops, training skills, additional activities for students carried out in the form of a project, study visits to employers, additional classes with employers) – ass. 23) Module III of high-quality traineeships for students – ass. 34) Module VI of management in higher education institutions (actions raising the competence of teaching staff, management competences of managerial and administrative staff, implementation of IT tools for university management, creation of open educational resources, information management to improve the quality of education) – ass. 4-5.The target group of the above-mentioned actions consists of a total of 674 people. (402 K and 272 M), of which: students, teaching staff, management and administrative staff.As a result of the implementation of the project:- will increase the quality of teaching at the University of Warsaw and the competences of students- the competences of teaching staff will be increased, which will be used in the process of student education,- will increase the management skills of management and administration of the university, which will translate into effective and efficient university management, as well as the quality of education and the competitiveness of universities.
