The main objective of the project is to implement by 2023 changes in the scope of improving the quality of student education, the university management system and improving the competence of university staff, for the development of staff and innovation of the Mazovian Voivodeship.The project includes 4 modules:1) Module I of the training programmes (vising professors) – ass. 1-62) Module II to raise competences – ass. 7-113) Module III of traineeship programmes – ass. 12-174) Module VI of management in higher education institutions (actions raising management competences of teaching, management and administrative staff, implementation of IT tools) – assortment. 18-23.The target group of these actions is a total of 2 187 people. (1 498 K, 689 M), including:- students enrolled in 8 departments of the SGGW: 1 527 wasps. (1 043 K, 484 M) – teaching staff: 410 wasps. (255 K, 155 M) – Management and administrative staff: 250 wasps. (200 K, 50 M).As a result of the implementation of the project:- will increase the quality of teaching through the internationalisation of education and involving the best foreign experts – will be increased, thanks to the implementation of additional classes and internship programmes, the competence of students and tailored to the needs of the regional economy, labour market and employers’ expectations, including in the areas of smart university specialisation, the higher education processes will increase the management skills of the teaching staff, which will affect the quality of education, which increases the competence of administrative and management processes in the areas of higher education and management.
