The main aim of the project is to improve the quality, effectiveness and availability of educational offer of the Medical University of Bialystok (UMB). This objective will be achieved in the period 1.10.2019-30.09.2023 (Access Criterion/KD8), as a result of: improving the competences of staff: didactic in terms of: teaching skills using methods of modern cosmetology, medical diagnostics and pharmaceutical analysis (M6, butt). 5) administrative enabling the development of the Inspectorate of Personal Data, Departments: Economic, Financial and Accounting, Science and International Cooperation, Assistance Projects, Bioinformatics and Data Analysis Centre, and the new Unit for Bioinformatics and Data Analysis. International Cooperation (M6). 6) enhancing the competence of UMB students through the implementation of: Workshops (ZW), Practical Tasks (ZP) and Study Visit (WS) developing professional, language, analytical and communication competences (M2). 2) High-quality traineeship programmes developing competences consistent with the results of education in the fields of study (M3, butt. 3, 4) adaptation to the needs of the socio-economic environment 4 fields of study (M1, ass. 1)The target greupe/GD is 500 (397 K and 103 M) physical persons, of which: 429 wasps. (338 K and 91 M) are students of first and second degree studies and uniform master’s studies (JSM) at the UMB in the years of academia. 2019/20-2022/2316 pers. (14 K and 2 M) is a teaching staff/kdy 55 people.
