Main tasks: Under the “Capital for Vocational Training” project, an interdisciplinary team will be established and the tasks will be organised around 3 problem axes: 1-functioning school system. professional, 2-build coalition potential and networking stakeholders, 3-build investor environment for OS. Each of them will carry out analytical and research work, and their results will be subject to ongoing coalition evaluation and will be used to formulate the OS model. The coalition will be established among the institutions and environments of the most important profession for education. The project provides for a series of seminars for all stakeholder groups in a formula involving common search for solutions for professional education and information-consultative meetings for attracting investors. As part of the testing of the accelerator concept, 2 implementation cycles are planned, each consisting of 3 phases: 1-build OS environment, 2-service implementation by contractors, 3-evaluation of the process. The implementation of the OS will be monitored and results will be consulted with the coalition. In the final phase of the project, recommendations will be formulated, including a description of the mechanism of developed OS model ploughing part with an instructional and marketing character, indicating how the model can be replicated in other environments/professionals than tested. The project’s target group shall be: • service providers – service providers • investors Special Economic Zones • employers Main results: 1. Concept of operation of the accelerator of social bonds 2. Involvement of key stakeholders in the consultation of the model and thus building an environment conducive to the development of social bonds 3. Innovative methods will be tested to address the problem of mismatching employees’ competences to the needs of employers. 4. There will be a comparative database to verify the impact of implemented social innovations.
