Innovative education – new job opportunities

The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of schoolchildren. professions using a set of at least five models of implementation of vocational education at work in schools and preparation of the model of implementation of practical training in the workplace in Poland. The key, innovative aspect of the project will be to increase the frequency and quality of practical training in the workplace. In the project, innovation will consist of changing a well-established, multi-year practice and assumes that a significant part of the practical classes will be shifted from schools to enterprises, thus improving the way students/participants are trained, and the resulting results can be implemented into normal practice of Polish schools. Within the framework of the project, proposals and recommandations on training at the workplace will be further developed and a department will be run to integrate solutions into practice at regional and national level. A target group defined as grant recipients is planned, which may be: vocational schools., CKPy, Centers of Education. Zaw. i Ust., JST as organs run schools, organisations. NGOs, work organisations, agencies/entities entrepreneurs. and entrepreneurs. Grants will be able to apply for grants from the area of the Holy Voivodeship, familiar with the specifics and current needs of the market.The latest uses.Innovative solutions will be schools and squares.edukac. taking care of the profession.-technical,employees. and last receive students/participants. The main tasks to be realised within the project: preparation of the grant process and activities supporting the development of innovative forms of education. profession; implementation of grants – testing and implementation of innovative vocational training in the undertaking; partnership exchange of knowledge and experience on innovative approaches to vocational training; monitoring of outcomes and spreads in order to implement innovative forms of support for vocational training Main results – at least 5 grants are expected to cover around 500 pupils taking part in the field.
