The main objective of the SZANSA project new opportunities for adults is to develop and test support models for selected target groups of adults with low skills. Pr. responds to the EU Council Recommendation of 19 gr. 2016 on ways to improve skills among adults. The implementation of the project will allow to develop and test in practice innovative solutions for adults in the field of skills acquisition (letters, numerators, ICT skills) and such as: for example, interpersonal communication, adaptation to change, teamwork, decision making, problem solving. The project is implemented in the iterative project formula, which will allow for precise planning of tasks and budget of the project.Key phases and their results: Phase 1 Determination of target groups and assumptions of support models with low skills subst. and definition of learning outcomes. Phase 2 Developing and testing models including: — preparation detail. war. recruitment, its announcement and selection of grantees,- model development by grantees – monitoring and support from FRSE and IBE,- analysis of complex models and selection of the best for pilots;- pilots of selected models, including collection of feedback from students and grantees applications – monitoring and support from FRSE and IBE; — evaluation of pilot reports.Phase 3 Developing recommendations, including:- conducting an analysis of the results of pilots,- preparation of a report containing recommendations for implementing the developed solutions in the field of national and regional.It is assumed that the results of the project will be used to coordinate national activities related to improving the skills of adults and implementing new solutions in this area.
