Internships abroad for students and graduates of vocational schools and training of vocational training staff

The project will be implemented by FRSE, which in Poland plays the role of the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme (E+) on 15.12.2014-30.09.2017. The aim is to increase the professional and key competences of 5500 people involved in transnational mobility: pupils and graduates of vocational education and training establishments and staff. Mobility will be implemented on the basis of the E+ programme, co-financing will receive applications qualified on the list of Shares 1 Educational Mobility of the E+ Vocational Training and Training (VET) programme in the competition in 2014. The aim is to support learners in gaining a practical professional experience abroad and to improve their key competences. Increased mobility contributes to strengthening cooperation between education and employers. Pupils may take up an internship in a company, a public institution, a non-governmental organisation or a vocational education or training centre. Mobility is intended to facilitate the transition from education to employment. Students and graduates can travel from 2 weeks to 12 months. The educational staff will have the opportunity to learn about new methods of vocational education and training abroad and to develop sustainable cooperation between vocational education and training institutions from different countries. Staff mobility includes the following 0 teaching/training activities: it allows teaching activities in partner schools of vocational education and training abroad 0 trainings of staff: this action supports the professional development of staff through professional internships or practical educational experience Job Shadowing/periods of observation abroad in a given enterprise or any other organisation of vocational education and training staff may take between 2 days and 2 months.
