The main objective of the project is to raise occupational or key competences by 31.12.2018 to 22 365 pupils/graduates of vocational schools, vocational education and training establishments and 1,035 vocational training staff through participation in transnational mobility programmes implemented under the Erasmus+ programme. Main objective: entities from all over Poland achieved through DOF, whose conclusions have been positively selected: evaluation of forms and content in E+VET1 ends 2015 and 2016 and placed on the list of reserves. Final beneficiaries: — vocational/technical school pupils – during school. profession with employers – graduates until 1 from completion of studies, – teachers – traineeship guardians – professional advisers – persons dealing with educational trips and responsible for training in enterprises – inst. public/non-governmental sector Results of pupils/graduates: — gaining experience in the European labour market – gaining practical competences – getting to know the principles of the functioning of Europe of enterprises – raising key competences: interpersonal, social, intercultural – skills of self-learning – communication in foreign language The results of the staff’s education/training profession: — deepening professional knowledge and key skills – getting acquainted with innovative methods of science and training profession – establishing international contacts – exchanging experiences in the field of conducting classes, how to organise the work of institutions Main tasks in the project: — acquisition by students/graduates of practical professions abroad (departures 2 weeks. — 2 months) and the increase of language skills through foreign internships – knowledge by the staff of new methods of teaching the profession through participation in apprenticeships, vocational training, job shadowing, conducting courses/training in foreign institutions (departures 2 days – 2 months). Partners in the project can be EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Turkey and FYROM.
