The main objective of the project is to increase by 30.06.2019 the key or professional competences of at least 90 % of the 3000 teaching staff of educational institutions supported by transnational mobility programmes implemented under Erasmus+ School Education Action 1. Mobility will be implemented on the basis of Erasmus+ and funding will receive proposals that will pass the selection procedure: formal and substantive evaluation in the action KA1 of the Erasmus+ programme (School Education) in the 2015 and 2016 application competitions and will be placed on the reserve list. Teachers will receive funding for participation in forms of support: — teaching assignment, – training staff a) participation in organised courses or other forms of training abroad; B) Participation in Job Shadowing training – observation of work in a foreign partner school or any other relevant school education organisation. Funding will be awarded in the following categories: travel expenses; maintenance costs; the fee for participation in the course; support for people with special needs; organisational support for the institutions; it’s extraordinary costs. Educational trips will last from 2 to 60 days (without travel period) and may take place to the following countries: Member States of the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Turkey and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).
