Foreign student mobility with special needs. 3 edition.

The main objective of the project is to increase to 30.06.2023 competences acquired through participation in transnational (professional or key) mobility of at least 90 % of the 3 000 supported students. Acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competences of the community or improvement of existing knowledge will be the result of a part of studies at the university. or an apprenticeship in the host institution. The project will be implemented on the basis of Erasmus+ Higher Education. Funding will be given to students who will be recruited by universities for Erasmus+ and at the same time will be part of the target group of the project, i.e.:- students with disabilities whose disability has been confirmed by a ruling within the meaning of the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities; — students who have decided to grant a social grant in accordance with the rules of law on higher education.Students will receive funding for participation in the following forms of support:- internship in a foreign host institution – studies at a foreign university. The funding will be granted in the form of flat-rate rates for living costs (both target groups) and actual costs related to disability (students with disabilities). The project will be implemented by FRSE, which in Poland plays the role of the National Agency of the E+ programme. The project will result in the improvement of professional or key competences by a group of 2 700 students with disabilities and those in financial difficulties who will participate in transnational mobility. The project includes support for students leaving in 2019 and recruitment in 2020 (including students’ departures in the years a.k.a. 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22).Departures will take place in the countries of the programme: Member States of the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Turkey and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
