The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.12.2022 the key or professional competences of at least 90 % of the 2000 employees of ed. dor., supported under transnational mob programmes, implemented under the E+ ED Programme Action 1.Mobilities will be implemented on the basis of the E+ programme, and the funding will receive proposals that will pass the selection procedure: formal and substantive evaluations in the action KA1 of the E+ programme (ED) in the 2018,2019,2020 application competition will be placed on the reserve list.Firstly, projects concerning entities from disadvantaged areas will be selected, in accordance with the DEGURBA indicator, based on data from applications submitted to the E+ ED programme. In the event of difficulties in recruiting FRSE participants, it will strengthen the information activities: meetings with participants, consultations.Participants will receive funding for participation in forms of support: —participation in courses, trainings, conferences to improve skills related to upgrading the competences of older people, disadvantages, women and low-skilled people and developing key competences for adults (e.g. courses on the use of ICT tools in adult learning), -observation of work in an organisation dealing with non-professional adult education, related to raising the competences of older people, under-skilled adults, women and low-skilled people. e.g. observing work in education and integration of older people; —introducing classes for adult listeners or trainings for non-professional staff edu. adults in Poland.The activities of transnational edu staff mobility will last from 2 to 60 days (travelless) and take place in the following countries: the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Turkey and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) countries will be implemented:1.02.2018-31.12.2022
