Main objective of the project: Develop in the period from 01.05.2017 to 30.11.2018, in cooperation with a foreign partner, a solution to support social entrepreneurship (the programme for the development of social economy and solidarity) in order to facilitate access to employment and implement this solution during the duration of the project in the city of Słupsk (a national member of the network set up for the implementation of this project). Results: Implementation of the Social and Solidarity Development Programme in Słupsk. Creation of a Cooperation Plan between network members for the period 2016-2020. Offer support for citizens/drugs in the field of solidarity economy. Target groups: Members of the network, i.e.: City of Slupsk, Centre for Civil Initiatives and Smilemundo. The foreign partner has a solution that will be implemented in Poland by the City of Słupsk. The development of the substantive process of preparation and implementation of the adapted solution will be addressed by the applicant. The project plans to cooperate with a supranational partner based on the following types of transnational cooperation activities: 1. transfer of new solutions, adaptation and implementation in the country; 2. exchange of information and experience in Poland and Spain on solutions aimed at promoting social entrepreneurship. Tasks: 1. Exchange of experience through constant contact with a foreign partner, educating national partners, learning about new solutions used by a foreign partner. 2. Functioning of the Board of Experts for identifying and selecting solutions that will be adapted in the country, developing instructions and recommendations. 3. Drawing up a Cooperation Plan between institutions on the Network and adoption in the form of an agreement for the period 2016-2020. 4. Education involving future executioners of the Social and Solidarna Economic Development Programme in the form of trainings, meetings, creation of handbooks
