Implementation of a new model of training specialists for rehabilitation management – as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation system in Poland

Main objective: Implementation of the model of education and postgraduate studies shaping the competences of a specialist in rehabilitation management by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities (PFRN) as a result of cooperation with a supranational partner Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung e.V. (DGUV) and the Faculty of Social Insurance (ZUS), University of Warsaw (UW), Medical University in Lublin (UML), University of Warsaw, University of Warsaw, University of Warsaw (UML), Gdańsk University of Medicinal and Medical University of Warsaw (University of 31). Future specialists. ZR (participants SP)GD 2. Who will be responsible for developing the SP program and will teach classes at SPGD 3. Individuals (mainly rehabilitation and their loved ones) as well as institutions for comprehensive rehabilitation (e.g. entrepreneurs, NGOs, administration, scientific and academic communities)GD 4. Main results of the Steering Committee:1. L. institutions which, through cooperation with foreign partners in the programme, have implemented new solutions = 62. L. developed models of training specialists ZR = 13. L. NA, who have had the level of knowledge and teaching skills needed to lead postgraduate education in the field of ZR = 304. L. persons who have completed SP in rehabilitation management = 200Main tasks:1. Preparation of a new solution: development of version I of the training model for specialists. ZR (MODEL).2. Preparation and conduct of the first edition of the two-semester SP in the field of training specialists. ZR.3. Development of the final version of the training model for specialists ZR.4. Organising and carrying out 2 editions of the two-semester SP in the field of training specialists. ZR.5. Developing recommendations for further implementation of the training model for specialists. ZR in practice.
