The project is to develop a German coaching model for the management of succession processes in family companies based on solutions. The proposed methodology is intended to integrate elements of successive process management and the transfer of entrepreneurial competences from generation to generation with the issues of preserving the sustainability of the family business. It will be possible to apply in different stages of the development of the family business and the process of succession for many years. The solution in a new, unique way refers to both traditional business coaching, combined with the development of the enterprise, in particular the management layer, as well as coaching support for career and personal development, as well as family coaching, responsible for the psychosocial aspects of succession. As part of the solution, a coaching intervention system will be created to support both the moment of initiating successive processes (testing the ability to succession), their preparation (consideration of options and possibilities), planning and implementation/implementation (time, decision-making, communication, family and company relationships, transfer of the company).The development and implementation of such solutions requires complementary actions in two directions: (1) outline the curriculum, including the detailed characteristics of the coaching process, together with the necessary instruments and the rules (standards) of its application, (2) to develop the concept of coaching training
