As part of this project, it is planned to prepare a solution in cooperation with a supranational partner, which provides for the preparation of a training programme for tutors and a model of using the tutoring method in at least six areas of education from the group of eight areas: science; the strict ones; the social ones; natural resources; technical; agricultural, forestry and veterinary medical sciences and health sciences as well as art.As part of the project, there is a planned recruitment of universities, whose employees will take part in study visits to foreign centres during which they will be trained in conducting classes using the above mentioned methods. The training will be conducted by experts from foreign universities with experience in the implementation of the tutoring method. The next step was to test the solution. On the basis of a predefined model of the use of the tutoring method and using the experience gained by training participants in foreign universities, tutoring will be conducted in the form of tutoring in universities in Poland. After the testing phase, studies will be conducted involving students who took part in the test phase of the solution and academic staff conducting classes in the form of tutoring. The results of the test phase will be analysed and the final implementation of the product will be developed taking into account test results and analysis. The next phase of the project is to carry out a full cycle of education at universities using the tutoring method.As part of the project, a document will be drawn up containing teaching materials, examples of good practice in tutoring and teaching process, as well as recommendations that can be used by Polish universities.
